On April 25-26, 2015, the "High end Summit on the Development of Green Manufacturing and Intelligent Manufacturing" was held in Weifang. Under the guidance of the Green Manufacturing Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and the Machinery Science Research Institute, the conference was jointly organized by our association, the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, and the Weifang High tech Zone Management Committee, and hosted by the Shandong Province 3D Printing and Advanced Manufacturing Comprehensive Service Platform. The conference invited Professor Song Tianhu, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, Professor Li Dongru, Deputy Secretary General of the China Machinery Industry Federation and Secretary General of the Green Manufacturing Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, Researcher Dan Zhongde, Vice President of the Institute of Mechanical Science and Technology and Executive Vice Chairman of our association, Professor Yang Haicheng, Chief Engineer of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Dr. Wu Daohong, Chairman and President of Beijing Shenwu Group, and Professor Song Yuchuan from Chongqing University to attend the conference and give a report. During the meeting, Wang Xianling, Deputy Secretary of Weifang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of High tech Zone, met with the attending leaders and guests. Nearly 300 experts and professional technicians from enterprises and universities such as China Yituo Group, Guangxi Yuchai, Weichai Power, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Electric, Dongfang Electric, FAW, General Machinery Institute, Xidian, and Wuhan Iron and Steel attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Dan Zhongde, Vice President of the General Institute of Mechanical Science and Executive Vice Chairman of our association.

The attending experts discussed the theme of "Green Manufacturing • Intelligent Manufacturing Promotes Chinese Manufacturing" and exchanged cutting-edge trends, new concepts, new methods, and new technologies in the development of green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing from different aspects

Li Dongru, Deputy Secretary General of the China Machinery Industry Federation, delivered a report entitled "Development and Prospects of Green Manufacturing Technology in China", focusing on the research progress in the field of green manufacturing in China, and introducing the work, achievements, and national policy support of the "Green Alliance".

Wu Daohong, Chairman and President of Beijing Shenwu Group, gave a report entitled "Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction and Air Haze Control Technology", introducing its independently developed third-generation combustion technology - Regenerative High Temperature Air Combustion Technology. This technology focuses on the core of Regenerative High Temperature Air Combustion Technology and Direct Reduction Ironmaking Technology, and has developed eight energy-saving and emission reduction technologies and successfully promoted them.

Song Tianhu, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, delivered a report titled "Developing Green Manufacturing to Promote Transformation and Upgrading", pointing out that building a complete system structure is an effective guarantee for promoting green manufacturing; The five links closely related to the greening of mechanical engineering are effective supports for promoting green manufacturing; Implementing energy management system standards and certifications is an effective measure to promote green manufacturing.

Dan Zhongde, Vice President of the General Institute of Mechanical Science Research and Executive Vice Chairman of our association, delivered a report entitled "Current Status and Future Development of Intelligent Manufacturing and Green Manufacturing Technologies", which introduced the domestic and international development status of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, typical cases of green and intelligent manufacturing, and the development trend of future forming manufacturing technologies with rich content.

Professor Song Yuchuan from Chongqing University gave a report titled "Green Manufacturing Practice of Key Systems in Ship Diesel Engines", introducing the green manufacturing of key systems in ship diesel engines.

Yang Haicheng, chief engineer of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group, made a report entitled "Internet plus and Intelligent Green Manufacturing", introducing Internet plus, innovative new industrial development models and development strategies for promoting major intelligent manufacturing projects.

On the morning of the 26th, the conference organized representatives to visit GoerTek Phase II, the First Accelerator Optoelectronic Detection Platform, Weifang 3D Printing Technology Innovation Center, Shengrui Transmission Company, Tianrui Heavy Industry, and Weichai Power Industrial Park. They visited and learned about the key research and development areas and products of local manufacturing enterprises and related units, and conducted on-site exchanges, which was conducive to promoting cooperation and exchanges between enterprises.
