Product Introduction


Vibration screening machine, also known as vibration screening machine, rotary vibration screening machine, vibrating screen, vibrating screen, circular screen vibrating screen.


Vibration machine structure


It mainly consists of a screening box, exciter, suspension (or support) device, and electric motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the direct connection tape. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter, the sieve box vibrates. By changing the eccentric force of the exciter, different amplitudes can be obtained.


The main advantages of vibrating screen machine


1. Due to the strong vibration of the sieve box, the phenomenon of material blocking the sieve holes is reduced, resulting in higher screening efficiency and productivity of the sieve.


2. The structure is simple and the screen surface is easy to disassemble and replace.


3. Screening consumes less electricity per ton of material.


4. The unique universal joint linkage and four axis design greatly reduce the equipment failure rate.


Scope of application of vibrating screen machine


The vibrating screen machine is mainly used in industries such as mining, coal, smelting, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, chemical industry, medicine, and food.


Repair and maintenance of vibrating screen machine


1. The sieve grid should be removed regularly, and the sieve surface should be checked regularly for damage or unevenness, as well as whether the sieve holes are blocked.


2. Suggest making a support frame to hang the spare screen surface.


3. Regularly inspect the sealing strip and replace it promptly if wear or defects are found.


4. Check the screen grid clamping device every shift, and if there is any looseness, tighten it.


5. Check the connection of the feeding box for looseness in each shift. If the gap becomes larger, it may cause collision and lead to equipment rupture.


6. Check the screen support device for each shift and observe whether the hollow rubber pads have obvious deformation or delamination. When the rubber pads are damaged or excessively flattened, both hollow rubber pads should be replaced at the same time.
